Universal Basic Income:

A Universal Basic Income is a basic income for t whole society as a whole. This idea is based

on that of Adam Smith's Tory of "free markets", that a market is one in which everyone

benefits from t economic activities, and everyone has enough to survive if wants. If want to

pay for a person's living expenses, can pay him t cost of living, but also have t choice to pay

for that cost from t public purse, or can invest in those

In t case of a Universal Basic Income it is not t government, but t voluntary contributions of

people towards t goal of a single society, which are responsible. For example, a person might

want to make his living at something, such as selling some property or buying something

else, and is not able to do this without some people willing to invest in t product of his labour

in exchange with him.

In t case of a universal basic income this contribution is t only one that can be given. So in

Tory, anyone can contribute to his or r owns basic needs, and anyone gets t chance to receive

whatever is needed. It is thus an additional form of t income of t common man to t common

good.

T idea behind it is to make everyone equally responsible to t society. That is, a basic income

could not be provided simply by someone paying for everyone else's living

In that case t common man could take home t benefits of his labour from his neighbours, but

could only get t benefits from his neighbours if is able to invest his labour towards a

common good. T idea behind it is to provide a basic income with an extra incentive for

everyone to work more. T idea behind it is to create a society of people who will work tiger

Believe in Universal Basic Income, but this doesn't mean t government provides everything

to everyone
