Terms
Targeted total capital commitment for the Fund is $1 million. This will be raised from
institutional and high net worth investors.
The Fund may accept over-subscriptions in an amount of $500K.
3% p.a. of capital commitment and paid at the end of each year. (For the year 1, management
fees are paid 1% upfront and the remaining 2% is paid at the end of the year.)

LP's hold 60% of the shares and GP's hold 40% of the shares of each investment portfolio.
The initial paid up proportion on the capital commitment of each Limited Partner will be 20%.
The General Partner will increase the paid up proportion on the capital commitment of each
Limited Partner from time to time so that a 10% buffer is maintained at all times during the
investment period until such time as the paid up proportion of each partner is 100%
