Are you an early bird or a night owl?

Nowadays, people are suffering from different kinds of problems due to


confinement. Some people have depression or stress problems. the COVID
19 disease has greatly affected the population. Other people are having habit
changes too. In my case, I usually used to wake up early to do my homework,
get some exercise, among other things but now I prefer sleeping late, without
worries. I've become too lazy, I don't want to do anything, I'd rather play video
games all day than do my homework.

Definitely, I've changed a lot. I'm more bored, more unhappy, more impatient,
every day. That’s why I need to motivate myself and i must change my mood
in order to do things right. Before I considered myself an early riser but now
it's the opposite, I'm a night owl. Lately, I don't get enough sleep, I feel
stressed. But not everything is bad, a recent study in Belgium found that night
owls are able to stay more focused as the day goes on, compared with early
risers. That’s why I still hope to change and be the same DIEGO from before.
