Strategy is simply resource allocation.  When you strip away all the noise, that’s
what it comes down to. Strategy means making clear cut choices about how to
compete.  You cannot be everything to everybody, no matter what the size of
your business or how deep its pockets.

This topic has so many important information that could help and give us
thoughts on how to deal with it like the global condition, operation strategy and
operation as weapon and etc. especially to our country in which we Filipino really
need to know this kind of operation strategy so that we can develop and build a
better nation, and as to this lessons it will lead us to be more knowledgeable in
terms of managing a business or having strategy on how to do with and it is very
effective to apply it ourselves so that we can be able to handle in any
circumstances in strategy of management in business. Aside from that through
this lessons it can help us to be developed being as an individual in our society.

However, we should be more active to what is happened to our society and to

our environment and in this topic specifically the operating strategy it has the
functional responsibility for producing the services of an organization and
providing them directly to its customers which can make also the designed to
maximize the effectiveness of production.

Unit 4

In this part which tackled about the forecasting it is totally helpful for us as an
individual which is a process of making predictions about the future course of a
business or a company based on trend analysis and past and present data and it
essential to use to forecast the scenarios that is likely to occur.

For me, I can say that forecasting is not just predicting the future but it is to tell you
what you need to know in the present. And because of this forecasting we can be
able to know the economic problem or issues towards in our society like producing
the products in a particular company or a business, their prices and also the
economic demand.

However, we individual must know the events or happenings in our society whether
we have that forecasting or not we should be more knowledgeable on it.
