2 Civil & Structural Matters

2.1 Piling Work

a Piling package budget approved.

Target to start work on 6-Mar-17. SC 3-Mar-17
SC will proceed to award piling contractor

b SAA to demarcate hotel footprint and forward to all, in order for JRK to
exclude Hotel area from piling work.

SAA advise to follow KM plan, at the same time SAA will email the
softcopy of KM plan to JRK

c JRK request the size and location for loading / unloading area, to proceed
with piling load design.

d SAA requested to confirm Arcade layout & cinema, as the layout will

4 M&E Matters

4.1 ADC informed that earthing lighting spike will be exposed on the roof
