My name is Wulan, I am a third semester student at the President University, Faculty of Economic and

Business, majoring in Accounting. I would like to apply for the position of Accounting staff, which was
advertised on the Hiba Jaya Company website.

The Accounting staff is interesting to me because it has the main activities and responsibilities of
carrying out documentation and recording in company finances. I believe that my skills and experience
make me a suitable candidate for this role.

Previously I worked in a company with a position as an Accounting staff for one year, therefore I am
familiar and proficient with accounting software such as Myobe, Microsoft Excel, and other common
Microsoft office. I have good time management because I worked for one year and at the same time I
also studied at President University. I can produce a work environment both individually and as a team,
before that I also work with the team and can be responsible for my work as an accounting staff
responsible for preparing financial statements to provide reports to the auditors. I have good
communication skills. In the previous company I as an Accounting staff is required to be able to
communicate well to convey the purpose of the report that I made so that it is easy to understand.

During my free time I also learned to deepen my English, by taking courses in the LPIA English course for
4 months and after attending the institute of the course I received an English conversion certificate.
Then I took a computerized course for 2 months to deepen my computerized knowledge.
