    Do you think that the Philippines have achieved the goals and functions of a Health
    System?

    I think that the Philippines have somewhat achieved the goals and functions of a
    health system because there are some parts of the goals and function that needs
    improvement. Just like some people especially the ones whose geographic
    location is hard to reach didn’t receive equity in health service. They didn’t yet
    receive some clinical services in which they should at least experience it. Some
    people are still struggling in health finances unable to experience good medical
    services. Everyone should be able to enjoy the health services the Philippines has
    to offer.
