No, nothing in my day caused me any form of stress because I tend to organize and
prioritize my tasks accordingly using a schedule; this ensures that I am not worried or
stressed about finishing assignments. I believe that staying relaxed and calm is the prime
method of remaining joyful during the day, which also reduces any possible mental
illnesses or sadness.
2. What do you do on a daily basis that helps you to work towards your goals?
On a daily basis, I make sure to reflect upon my progress towards my goals along with
my mental health while completing both academic and enjoyable activities. This is
essential for me as it helps boost my motivation and ensures that I am neither stressed nor
unhappy during the day. Furthermore, exercise is vital for achieving success; one of my
goals is to remain healthy and working out is crucial.
