10 shrimps
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 cucumber
1 lettuce
1 tbsp of lime zest
10 loaf breads
In a bowl add shrimps, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil and stir well. Leave the mixture
unattended for 60 minutes. In the meanwhile, take a bowl and combine lemon zest,
mayonnaise and remaining lemon juice and stir.
Step 2
Now take a non-stick pan, keep it on medium flame and add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan. Heat
the oil and cook the shrimps in it until the prawns start curling.
Step 3
Take two bread slices and spread mayonnaise on both the bread slices on one side. Place the
cooked shrimps on the bread and garnish it with lettuce
Step 4
Cover the bread with another bread slice and your sandwich is ready to be served with dips
or sauces.
