Emotions: the characters go from calm to amazement and fright when they see the shadow of the
ghost.

Action Unity: Hamlet and the sentries see the ghost of King hamlet and he reveals that his brother
Claudius murdered him by pouring poison into his ear while he slept. Hamlet doubts if the
encounter is real. Ophelia and Hamlet have a love, but they are forbidden. Hamlet exhibits a very
strange behavior because of the encounter with the ghost of his father and all believe that he
went mad.

Causality: Horacio, you decide to tell your fellow student, Prince Hamlet, about the appearance of
the Ghost as he saw it while guarding.

Hamlet decides to avenge his father's death because his ghost rebels that he was treasonously
murdered.

Hamlet begins to rave and meditate a lot due to the appearance of his father.
