answer: Simple Voluntariness is a decision of an individual that relies on his/her own choice whether
it be bad or good. it is something that requires ones will to accomplish an act.

Analyze (answer): The Specific condition/situation in the cited case is the dilemma which the
president should solve in order to save the institution eventhough he dislikes lat go some members of
the faculty and staffs.

it is a conditional voluntariness on the part of the president. in which, he should do the best solution
that he can do for the benefit of the institution.

answer: in here, shows the obligation that the person should accomplish because someone expects

1. the degree of voluntariness is conditional voluntariness
the agent here is in a great dilemma on deciding where to stand. Must she keep her dignity and get
her life in danger or prioritize her life even though the act is illegal and morally obnoxious. she dislikes
to do what she actually is doing and probably wish to have an alternative choice.

2. She is still morally and legally accountable. Yet, not the same with the degree of accountability of
Mr. Enriquez which is the chairman and the master mind of the illegal activity.

3. for me, she should do the thing that is ask of her since here life is at stake. yet, she should secretly
have collaboration with the officials (police) so that if anything happens, her innocence is proven.
