A. Lod's Food Truck

Food truck business can simply be


classified as a restaurant on the go
(mobile restaurant). Food truck is
essentially a truck that is equipped
with the necessary gadgets to cook
and conveniently sell food. It is a
business venture that has come to
stay; a business that is gaining
momentum as the years roll by.

selection of foods. We will provide a
affordable and quality meals, and
give exceptional customer service.
Our commitment to offering our
food and services in Sunshine City
for the convenience of our
customers will set Lod's Food Truck
apart from the competition.
B. Business Organization

We would like to support our partner organizations. We have


partnered with Douglas, an old friend of mine who owns a commercial
building named D & R on 11th Avenue in Bolinao. The commercial
building has 5 floors and is divided into 6 rooms. He agreed to be my
business partner as per said to invest a 50---50%. We believe that
success will be on our way if we pursue it.

At Lod’s Food Truck, customers can purchase a meal


and snacks that is sourced from high quality
ingredients and is served in a large portion at a low
price.

On a lunch break with colleagues, Lod’s Food Truck


will appeal to professionals with a limited time to
eat who desire a wider range of food options in one
stop.
F. Know your market
In Sunshine City and the surrounding cities, there are
currently few food trucks in operation. These food
trucks sell a restricted number of items at inflated
rates and are only available for a few hours each day.
A market research has revealed to us that consumers
in Sunshine City want more affordable food options,
larger portion sizes, and a wider variety of food
offerings at a single establishment. Being able to
satisfy those factors, in conjunction with the flexibility
of our business hours, will help set us apart from the
competition.
G. Know your customer
Our target buyers reside, shop, and work in the
Sunshine City, and surrounding areas within a 15-
mile radius. Our food truck will be in these various
locations throughout the week on a rotating
schedule and will adjust the scheduling according to
high-traffic and high-demand areas. We anticipate
that 16-to 35-year old patrons will make up 85% of
our revenue.
