Company Summary

Our mission is to provide a high level of product and offer prices reasonably
priced quality foods that serve it in a friendly manner.
By March, we will open our first store outside of school premises in Jaro and by
July we are aiming to build store outside of school premises in every district of Iloilo
City. Also, our goal is to build and nurture customer relationships to grow a
loyal customer base and we will grow our Social Media Following to have strong
presence on multiple social media platform where people get much of their information
solely from what pops up in their daily social media feeds.  Especially, increase our
brand awareness and name recognition to become a recognizable product in our
community to obtain new customers and keeping current ones. 
The items that we need to accomplish to become successful in order, first, to
build a good relationship to the customer so they will get to know and appreciate our
business. Then, make our product to be familiar but unique to attract the customers.
Also, get the right people because good customer service is always part of what
customers look for in a store.
The important of our business is the ability to adapt to become competitive and
learn new things to make the innovation more on successful. But most of all is to
determine what your new venture requires,

Product we will innovative the typical turon by putting the main ingredients
which is the sweet potato and unique ingredients that from in the Philippines. It provide
ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and Vitamin B to the body. But it also offers other everyone
can benefits. Sweet potato is a variety of plant that we constantly see developing in
vacant lots and on the roadside somewhere vital nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin K, B-
Carotene, B6, Thiamine, Niacin, Zinc, Riboflavin, Iron, Folic Acid, Calcium, and Protein.

audience live in our target area are 3000 per day and 80%-50% is our target customer
daily.
The trends in our food business are health and wellnesses are still in the
forefront for consumer food preferences. We can assure our business will up because it
promote gut health and benefit their physical appearance.

Our product is better among the entire new product because of the nutritious
content. We will innovative Plain Turon into Turon Camote Delight. The benefits that
they will get is the affordability of our product so that everyone can afford and it is
safe to eat because we will make sure that our product is clean and serve in clean
surroundings.
The benefit our product is rich source of fiber as well as containing an array of
vitamins and minerals including iron, calcium, selenium, and they're a good source of
most of our B vitamins and vitamin C.

Our competitors are those selling snacks and beverages like Fries n more and
Camote cue food cart. They sell snacks like fries, drinks and chess sticks.
Our advantage is we always sure that our product are fresh, we will assure that our
products will taste good and nutritious.
The strength of our business have a large number of outlets in almost every city,
supported by a strong distribution network that makes sure that our products are
available easily to a large number of customers in a timely manner. Also, structure
make at low cost that produce our product at low price, making it affordable for the
customers.
However, the weaknesses of our business are needed to pay large amount of rents.
Then, our crew is lack of legal experience and in our business legal department
employees are not highly qualified.
The opportunity of our business is provide healthy product where consumers
nowadays are becoming more conscious of health. Our product can take advantage by
manufacturing products that are beneficial to customer's health.
The threats that we may encounter in our business is the technological
developments by competitors where customer attracted to this new technology can be
lost to competitors. As well, consumer tastes are changing, and this puts pressure on
our business that needs to satisfy our customers.

flyers around the school,” it is much more impactful to be able to say “Candied
Cupcakes will post flyers throughout the School. The business has already received
permission from Principal to post our flyers during the second and third weeks in
May, as well as the week before finals as part of our “Study Break Treat” marketing
campaign. Principal has already seen a copy of our poster, and has approved the
content, message and any associated images.” The same goes for a store or any
other place. If you are planning on putting up flyers anywhere, make sure you have
obtained permission to do so when necessary. If it is not necessary for a potential
place you are planning on putting up posters, indicate that.
