Due to some circumstances, not every one of us is allowed or has a

chance to travel to different countries, especially in Asian countries, to taste and

try what their food nationalities are.

 SOLUTION SUMMARY

Our corporation embraces using food trucks to travel and bring the Asian

Food Cuisine right next to its customer. Therefore, the distance between the

customer and the Asian Food Cuisine won't matter anymore because our food

trucks will be the ones who will be going to your location so that the customer will

be able to try and patronize eating Asian Food Cuisines.

 MARKET

The most significant edge of Asian Fusion Corporation is its marketing

itself. Asian Fusion Corporation wants to deal and serve with a different location.

There are other customers in every area, and with that, we can introduce our

great food choices under Asian Food Cuisine. Also, generation Y or so-called

"millennials" are more likely to discover and travel. They are also our inspiration

and one of our opportunities to become our target customers. Therefore, we

design our business to have an ideal food truck that can travel in a different

location. In that case, we can gather and serve more customers.


Our corporation will be more known not just by the services and foods that

we are offering but also by marketing our business. Our marketing strategy is

more focused on how to deliver the taste of Asian Food Cuisine without going to

that respective countries, but by just hooking up into our food trucks.

 COMPETITION

One of our biggest competitors, when we continue pursuing this food

business, is, of course, none other than the sit-down restaurants and fast-food

chains, because of the comfortability that they can give to their customers, also

because of the speed of service that they can provide to their customers because

they have more staffs than our food trucks. One of our indirect competitors is

those restaurants that serve other types of food cuisines such as western food

cuisine because they might get the customers attraction instead of hooking up

into Asian food cuisines.

On behalf of Asian Fusion Corporation (Asian Food Truck Corporation),

we promised to serve our customers as quickly as possible by giving proper

value to their convenience. We will provide our best to provide the most delicious

and affordable Asian food cuisine with just a footstep closer to our customer. We

are bringing the Asian Food Nationalities without the hassle of traveling into that

specific Asian country.

Our business is expected to become a tool to serve and bring Asian Food

Our corporation decides to create a high quality and multifunctioning with

many purpose food trucks that will serve as the home of your Asian food cuisine.

Our food truck will travel in different areas and locations of the countries every

month. Therefore, our fellow customers are more convenient than letting them

travel into other Asian countries to try their food nationalities. In terms of the price
and quality of the Asian food cuisine that we will be going to serve, we decided to

choose and direct to buy into farmers in terms of our rice, meat, and other food

stocks so that we can get it away lower price than purchasing those stocks in

groceries. Despite the affordable price, we will maintain and become more

consistent in terms of the quality of our serving foods.

Our business is more about food trucks with target markets and target

customers: the so-called Generation Y or the millennials. Millennials are known

for being able to try something new, authentic, and unique. Because of their

interest in trying something new, our corporation pursues to raise this food truck

business into serving rare food of choices such as Asian food cuisines.

Millennials or Generation Y are the mainstream target customers of our

food truck corporation.

The idea of having food trucks that will able to serve their customer right to

their location was one of our current alternative tactics because of the pandemic.

In some countries, the travel ban has not yet been lifted. That is why there are

just limited opportunities to travel and try their food nationalities. Because of our

food trucks, we can provide the convenience of our valued customers, and we
can give them the best service we can to bring the Asian food cuisines right next

to them.

 OUR ADVANTAGES

One of our best reasons we choose to run a business and a corporation

like this is the advantage of its cost before making this food truck. Building and

investing in food trucks will drive the price cheaper than building sit-down

restaurants. Also, the benefit of having a food truck business is that we can make

it work anywhere as long as there are available places parked by our food truck.

We decided to pursue this business because of the idea of having a company "

ready to go," like if there are events in particular places, our food trucks are ready

to go anytime and anywhere, by chance, we can serve more customers and

different nationalities.

Our corporation decided to apply the creativities and uniqueness in

running our business. We will not settle in one platform to spread the power of

our Asian Food Cuisine food trucks. Hence, we will use social media to

broadcast and inform multiple numbers of people quickly easily. We will also use

giving brochures, fliers, posting tarpaulins, and making food vlogs that will help

us to gather more customers.


II. OPERATIONS

The only facility we have is our food truck. It has no specific location

because we will travel to different areas every month to serve the Asian food

cuisine that we are marketing.

 TECHNOLOGY

We will integrate technology into our business using cashless payments,

using mobile point of sale systems, cash box payments, electronic receipts, QR

code-generated tickets to become more eco-friendly and not patronizing papers'

improper usage. Imagine having long tickets; if you can get just a piece of QR

code that when you scan it, you'll going to see in your mobile phone the exact

prices that you have purchased in our food truck.
