3D AUGMENTED REALITY TECHNOLOGY IN SHOPPING

Customers complain that it’s difficult to find exactly what we want to


buy. It’s very complicated to find the right size. 3D AR or Virtual Reality
(VR)Technology is about both fit and style. We want to introduce this technology
in Pakistan because it is a major gap in our country. We will introduce magic
mirror for fabric brands of Pakistan and apps for E-Commerce clothing sites.
Through virtual fitting mirrors, customers can view different outfits with simply a
swipe of the hand, and the retailers can keep measurements on file to ensure the
perfect size every time. In addition, VR allows designers to better create new
products by getting an immersive 360° look at the clothes that they are creating.
Our VR app it takes a scan of your body using your phone’s camera. Our Virtual
Clothes Fitting App captures a user’s measurements in mere seconds and the
measurement data is then translated across multiple product lines and used to
create custom-fitting garments. Our Virtual Fitting App provide customization
accordingly for men and women of any height, weight, or body type.

 We also have fast mover advantage by introducing AR fitting cloths in
fashion industry

FINISHING SCHOOL
Our Finishing School Aim is to bridge the income gap in our society by
developing soft skills (communication, leadership, confidence, teamwork, public
speaking) in our fellows which are highly sought after by industry experts. We
serve not only as a platform for open and passionate discussions on challenges
faced by our nation, but we also brainstorm and incubate innovative ideas and
provide pragmatic solutions to daunting problems confronting our youth. Our
finishing school introduce fellowships, Cohort, training sessions and youth camps
for fresh graduates. The fellowship is an intensive learning program spanning
over a period of 6 months. Instead of following the same university approach, we
focus on developing the practical skills which you cannot learn by reading books
and attending regular lectures.
Our fellowship services include:

ARABIAN EATERY
Our idea is to introduce an Arabian food truck in streets of Lahore with full
Arabic taste including the Arabian specialties like “kabsa” and Mandi along with
shawarma with the original Arabic taste.
We will also provide people with Arabian sweet dishes like kunafa and other
Arabic delights under one roof. Not only the idea has the uniqueness of moving
vehicle it also is easy to operate as rental expenses are cut out. Another major
and highly noticeable advantage is that it can cater the target audience at
different locations for instance moving from one college to another or from one
University to another can increase the area where the service is to be offered. It
hence increases the span of profitability

RELAXING CENTRES (COMFORT ZONE)

Our idea is to introduce a peaceful place for people of every class and age
to relax and release stress at economic prices. As we known that people are
mentally and physically saturated after a hectic week, they need a peaceful place
where they can spend some time alone to relax themselves. So, we want to
introduce a comfortable place for such people to relax.

 To provide a peaceful environment to people to relax themselves.

different professions and to socialize

BACKGROUND
As we know there are only a few clubs, spas, and gyms and play land for
middle class people in Pakistan. So, our basic target market is middle class people.
This place will provide middle class people an opportunity to relax, release their
stress and socialize themselves at one place at economic prices. In this way we
are introducing a new trend in market.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Our target market is working men and women along with their children. As
working parents don’t have enough time for their children during week days. So,
this place provides an opportunity to those working people to relax and release
stress along with the enjoyment provided to their children. In this way they also
can relax and give time to their children at the same time which is difficult for
them during week days.

RESTAURANT IN TRAIN

While traveling via train most of the people buy food items from the stores
or canteens on the station. They don’t bother the quality, either those food items
are fresh or not. This leads to many health issues. Our idea is to open a restaurant
in train. Primarily our mission is to provide the best quality and variety of hygienic
food to the passengers on their seats so that they would get rid of hustle and
rushing crowd on the food stalls at railway stations. As it’s a new initiative which
has never been practiced before so we are targeting ‘Economy Class Passengers’ as
our key market. We will have a complete separate bogie on rent for running our
restaurant business in train. That will be divided in kitchen and employees’ portion;
moreover, our method of delivering food will be simple. The customer can call us
at the given numbers on menu card, to place the order or approach our social
media handles (if accessible) to tell us what he/she wants to eat. Our menu cards
will be displayed in every bogie. To overcome health related problems, there must
be a system to provide people hygienic, pure and fresh food items to people in the
train to economy class. This is the great opportunity for us to start business in train.
Our idea is to give people benefits to enjoy fresh meals during journey at a very
reasonable and affordable price.
