4. ALL INSTRUMENTS AND DEVICES SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH STAINLESS STEEL DATA PLATES WHICH SHALL BE AFFIXED TO THE
BODY OF THE DEVICE BY RIVETS OR SCREWS. THE PLATE SHALL CONTAIN AS A MINIMUM THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: -

6. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL PROCESS DATA BEFORE SUPPLY OF INSTRUMENTS.

7. VENDOR SHALL PROVIDE MATERIAL TEST REPORT FOR ALL PRESSURE RETAINING PARTS, AS REQUIRED BY EN 10204 -3.1.B.
