    SUBJECT : PROCESSING OF PENDING NEW REGISTRATION


    TRANSACTIONS

    As agreed during the Regional Directors and Execom Teleconference on 12 May 2020,
    and to address new registration transaction backlogs as of 17 March 2020 in preparation
    for work resumption, New Registration Units (NRUs) and authorized District Offices of
    National Capital Region, Region IV-A (Laguna) and Region VII (Cebu City) may resume
    effective immediately, the processing of new registration of motor vehicles which have
    been Sales Reported through DIY prior to the imposition of the Enhanced Community
    Quarantine (ECQ).

    Personnel assigned shall strictly observe sanitary/health protocols such as wearing of


    face mask and physical/social distancing.
