Further, the office of the Authority’s Engineer vide its letter cited at ref (1) has requested the Authority to sort out the issues. ‘While the Authority’s Engineer has intimated that acquisition of land from Ch.5+620-Ch.5+750, LHS is in process, no such decision regarding obstruction from Ch.5+480-Ch.5+510, LHS; Ch.5+620- Ch.54730, RHS has been taken till date. It is on record to mention that utility shifting, drain and service road construction at VUP-3, A2 is critically hampered due to such obstructions and discharge of sewerage water of Daun village. Further this stretch is prominent for traffic chaos and waterlogging due to bottlenecks.
