Mr. Raghuwar Singh Service Engineer Visited for Service of Root Blower on dated 09/08/2019 –
10/08/2019. Supplied by Everest Blower details below:-

Model no: - 1012Wc

Sr no: - 18061055 & 1609390

Blower Sr no:- 18061055 was dismantled in presence of Mr. Raghuwar Singh, after opening cover of
blower found bearing broken. Due to which water entered the oil chamber. Dismantling was completed
but required spare is needed to complete installation of blower.

Blower Sr no:- 1609390 was kept as a spare for longer period was found jam, cleaning was done and was
made free and ready for operation.

Since the blower is under warranty the failure is need to be rectified by M/s Everest Blower pvt ltd.
Along with spare required. I.e. spare will be provided by M/s Everest on F.O.C basis.

Recommended spare for sr no 18061055:- 1) Retainer, Set of piston Ring, Set of oil seal , Bearing set ,
piston axial bush, Lock nut with washer, Oil seal housing, Psp cover plate housing, Set of Gasket.
