AMO: Aircraft MOdels Management AMO

ÎAMO is trans-national integrated team :

To manage Simulation Models standardisation
To ensure the exchange between all program “players” of
validated Models according to AP2633 Standard

Î To structure the development process of model

simulation to be :
Consistent with A380 needs ( time, simulation level,
validation & verification, including training)
Cost effective ( avoid duplication of models development)

Mature at Entry In Service (99 % of Dispatch Reliability)

Efficient & consistent in the development and integration of
models

AMO: Aircraft MOdels Management AMO

ÎAMO APPLICATION
Models are used several times on different Desk Top
Simulators, Test Rigs and Full Simulators( Iron Birds, Full Flight
Simulator...)
Model is developed under System Designer Responsibility
Validated Model is distributed by the AMO-team to all user
platforms

AP2633 : Model Interface AMO

• The interface variables of a simulation model and

environment can be divided into three categories:

1)Those controlling the interface between Environment and

Models – Simulation Variables Mode Control Flow .

2)Those required for the functional operation of the simulation

models – Aircraft Functional Variables Data Flow .
