Description:
1. The machine is a kind of shaking action of rotating cylinder, which can grind raw materials of wet powder into granules through screen, and
can also be widely used to crush the crushed blocks and make ready-made granules.
2. In the case of chemicals, the unground powder used as a mixture is ground into pellets, which are dried and pressed into tablets, and which
may be crushed into clumps formed during storage, or into clumps formed during chemical processing. In the planning of food industrial zone,
it is used to treat confectionery and sugar mixture, wheat tooth and milk, etc.
3. It is not suitable for solid, liquid, pulpy or grated applications.
4. The mesh number of mesh screen shall be provided by the user according to the requirement of particle size

Installation: the buyer will afford the engineer round air tickets fee, accommodation fee and traffic fees, also paid USD 100/day/person for engineer wage.

After-sale Services
Installation

All installation with the SINOPED team (1 Engineer+1 Translator) must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary connectivity
must be ready prior the service being scheduled. Include tools, equipment , steam connection and electric supply needed to be prepared well . Attached was a
TOOLS LIST.

While SINOPED team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and
maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within14 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different
machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

After Service

SINOPEDprovide free parts and parts delivery, when manufacture defects has been detected during normal operation (vulnerable parts not included) under
warranty period. We offer TWO YEARS warranty period time.
Beyond warranty period we offer Cost-charge accessory .
Consultant services all machine life.

Training

SINOPED offer FREE TRAINING for user technician and worker. The total training period would be 3~5 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the
