PROGRESS REPORT

COMES NOW the undersigned deputy sheriff and unto this

Honorable Court hereby respectfully renders his progress report on the
enforcement and implementation of the Writ of Execution issued in the
above-entitled case, to wit;

1. That on September 13, 2018, the undersigned served a copy of the

Writ of Execution dated March 7, 2016 together with the Notice of
Demand to Pay dated September 13, 2018, to plaintiff’s
representative;

2. That on January 22, 2019, the undersigned together with the

plaintiff’s representative, served a copy of the Writ of Execution
together with the notice of demand to pay to defendant Gaudencio
G. Gayatao at Brgy. Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental. The
latter replied that he is willing to settle his obligation to plaintiff on
installment basis which shall be collected by the plaintiff’s
representative, and if payment is made defendant shall inform the
undersigned sheriff for proper recording of its payment.

together with the notice of demand to pay to defendant Gaudencio
G. Gayatao at Brgy. Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental. The
