IN THE COUNTRY DEPEND ON?

The country's education system must prepare to continue the home study model until May 31 or until the date
established by the health authorities. This was stated by the Minister of Education, María Victoria Angulo, in a
debate on political control in the Third Committee of the Senate of the Republic.

This means that the Ministry has not taken the decision to extend this measure and that, taking into account the
epidemiological curve and that there is currently no vaccine or cure against covid-19, the Government is
preparing to face all possible scenarios.

Thus, Minister Angulo reiterated that, for the moment, the health emergency and the suspension of face-to-face
classes go until May 31, and that finish this measure or extending it will depend on the recommendations and
protocols established by the Ministry of Health.

"It will depend on the date on which the Ministry of Health indicates that reunion schemes can be generated in
the classrooms. There will be face-to-face meeting moments, depending on the dynamics of the pandemic in the
regions, but virtual tools will continue to exist, radio and television for training, "said the official.

This means that a range of possibilities is evaluated, which could change according to the evolution of the
emergency, that is, if the cases increase or an increase in these is evidenced, the face-to-face classes would be
suspended again, in the hypothetical case that the restriction has been finished.

ACTIVIDAD

Para llevar a cabo esta actividad se debe crear una presentación oral grabada en video dando su
opinión personal del artículo anterior titulado: WHAT DOES THE RETURN TO FACE-TO-FACE
CLASSES IN THE COUNTRY DEPEND ON?

Para entregar el taller se debe tener en cuenta lo siguiente:

Instrucciones

 La presentación oral debe durar mínimo 1 minuto. Debe ser en inglés.

 Puede hacer uso de ayudas didácticas como posters o carteleras para explicar con
imágenes pero no se puede leer textos largos. Aquel estudiante que opte por leer en su
presentación se le calificara con la nota mínima dependiendo de la calidad de la
presentación.

 El video se debe grabar lo más claro posible en imagen y sonido. Si el video pesa mucho y
no lo puede enviar por correo; debe subirlo a YouTube y enviar el enlace.

 El video debe obligatoriamente ser enviado al siguiente correo electrónico:

speakinginealpa2020@gmail.com indicando el nombre completo, curso y asignatura.
