water drainage, Waste disposal, etc.
 Surrounding Context - Neighbourhood structures, Views-Vistas, Noise
from streets, etc.
 On-site parking facilities
 Landscape features
 Any sustainable aspects, e.g.: Rainwater harvesting, etc.
