Discussion:

The present perfect aspect of verbs expresses action that started in the past and is still continuing.

It is also used to express action that has been completed at the time of the speaking.

It takes the form (has or have + main verb (past part).

The time expression used with the present perfect tense are for, since, just, already, and yet.
