Discussion:
The tool was presented and Vinod one of the stake holder given his feedback on how the tool should work and what more
that can be added in this phase and what can be added in phase 2.0

Conclusions:
The meeting was concluded by agreeing on changes that will be implementing on use case and other will be noted that
can’t implemented in phase on.
Action items for Phase 1.0 Response Status
 Make use case two similar to use case one result. Give all DQ Team Done
pattern result profiled separated
 Apply Date Check on other CRO’s DQ Team Done
 Check the validity of date DQ Team Done

 Profiling results can be in percentage to check the quality
of records.
