CC: TERMINAL AND SHORETANKS INFORMATION

Shore figures were based on shore tanks up gauge.

Shore tanks used were T-10, T-12 and T-15. The floating roofs on both shore tanks were clearly afloat before and after the
delivery, standing pipes were slotted.

The shore line used was the 16” Crude Oil Sea line was used for the loading operation, length about 1 mile, capacity approx
1305 Bbls.

Line displacement conducted on our request. A slack line of 51 Bbls was detected which within tolerance.

DD. ISSUES

Delays:

Vessel waited from 12/01:00 to 12/08:00 for surveyors to come on board for sampling and cargo analysis.

Analysis passed at 23:50 on the 12th

The vessel was rolling heavily during gauging.


EE. LETTERS OF PROTESTS ISSUED

Vessel issued the following protests:

-Direct delays

-Late acceptance NOR

-Gauges taken under swell

Surveyors issued a Letter for Apparent discrepancy between B/L and vessel figures
