SECTION A

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1.0 INTRODUCTION

MISC Maritime Services Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as MMS) intends

to engage a competent Supplier to Supply and Delivery of Stationery for
office usage in East Coast Operations.

2.0 SCOPE OF SUPPLY

2.1 GENERAL

Kindly refer to goods specification and scope of work in SECTION C.

2.2 PACKING

a) The goods shall be delivered with proper and appropriate

package and suitable for long distance transport by truck, ship
or aircraft, whichever is applicable.

b) The packaging shall be sufficient size to completely and

securely enclose the goods. Weight/dimension declaration for
each packaging must be tagged at the outside package i.e
Fragile/Handle with care.

2.3 ORDER AND DELIVERY

a) Good/items supplies shall meet MMS specification and

requirement as per SECTION C.

b) Delivery period is within 3 weeks from the date of Purchase

Order / as per agreed with MMS. BIDDER to inform on the
earliest delivery date.

c) MMS shall have the full right to reject any materials used or parts
of the work which do not comply with the specification and if the
goods found defected upon delivery. BIDDER is responsible to
deliver the items in full compliance with the specification. The
BIDDER shall absorb all the cost for returning the goods to the
manufacturer in the event the goods/items supplied are to be
found defected and does not meet the required specification, the
BIDDER shall replace it as soon as possible.

d) The BIDDER shall submit the list of items and ensure that the
items are tagged accordingly for the purpose of identification
during inspection.

e) The BIDDER shall absorb the cost for custom clearance (if any),
documentation, manpower, forklift, lorry, crane (if required) and
etc. during deliver the goods to East Coast Operation-Kertih Port
Sdn Bhd, Terengganu.

f) The quoted price shall include custom clearance (if any),

documentation, manpower, forklift, lorry, crane (if required) and
etc. during deliver the goods to East Coast Operation-Kertih Port
Sdn Bhd, Terengganu.

g) BIDDER is required to provide the Delivery Order and the

Purchase Order during the delivery of the required goods.

INCOTERMS shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) ex to:

SECTION B

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 BID INSTRUCTION

Bidder shall adhere to the Bid Instruction as per ATTACHMENT II.

2.0 BID VALIDITY

Bid validity shall valid for 60 days from the bid closing date.

3.0 CONTRACT

Bidders shall agree with General Terms and Condition of Purchase

Order as per ATTACHMENT III.

SECTION C

SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

1.0 SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

BIDDER shall submit Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal

separately via email to scm.tendersec03@mmssb.com.my.

2.0 TECHNICAL PROPOSAL

BIDDER shall submit the following information as ‘Technical Proposal’ via e-

mail to scm.tendersec03@mmssb.com.my.

a. Technical Proposal Form A– Refer APPENDIX A

b. Delivery period. Please state in your Technical Proposal.

c. To submit photos / brochures / warranty / certification of the offered

goods/items.

d. Please state the delivery charges or other additional charges (If

any). Please be informed that all amounts should only be included in the
Commercial Proposal.

e. BIDDER shall agree with Term and Conditions stated as per below:
