 I am so glad to my fans and friends for their continued support towards the completion of my
purpose and goals of my life, those within Zambia, Africa and the diverse world. My wish is that
you continue helping in reinvention of this contaminated world.
In this piece I have written a brief background about my life not to boast or rather make
people know of me, but to share my experiences and ideas towards life to reach out to the next
person who might be in the same shoes or similar with what I passed through. I have thence
entitled this piece my surname “DUBE” as an acronym;

I dedicate this piece to you.

From a simple background, with no choice, rather a voice which can attract, very young
in a big ancient world, born in a middle class family who was trailed in many things after the
completion of his secondary school is “JOSEPH DUBE”, and here is his story; After I completed
my grade twelve (12) at Chipata day secondary school in the eastern province of Zambia, I
worked with a lot of companies just to earn a living, I was underrated, rejected, denied access,
laughed, teased, mocked and chased in many endeavors that’s because by then I did not know
who I was. In this all, I thought it was a worst of time, I thought of giving up and even thought
of ending my life, I cried day and night trying to understand what really was going on. Life was
not fair because in all things I did I had doubts and took an ear to a many discouraging voices
‘’behind the scene’’.

Early 2018, I started learning myself, discovering the inner me and gave an ear to many
of the people I shared my problems with, I met with many different people with a positive life
which made me travel miles to learning new things, since I had a background of being a public
speaker at school, I came to realize the talent and passion which dwelt in me. I then started
doing motivational talks, writing and using social media to reach out to many young and old
persons across the globe though it was not as easy as you might think. It was not so long when I
wrote a book titled ‘’ STRUGGLES AMIDST A HARD SOCIETY’’ and launched it on the 30th of
November 2018 which incorporated showcasing talents in youths, this was not a thing that just
 came in to my mind, but it was something that was derived from a hard society of our
country upon completion of school and seeing how the lack of jobs Africa faces, lucky enough, I
had to launch and I was thrilled to see a many talents, skills and passion which lack support
from different stakeholders to empower, motivate and step up a languishing youths to
greatness.

My advice; in a life of no hope, dream, goal and passion lies failure, make better
choices, know yourself and set goals, declare yourself king/queen, handsome/beautiful and the
best who is unique in your own way, limitless as an eagle, brave like a lion and better than the
rest. For uniformity leads to failure, its high we all knew ourselves for what makes other people
underrate you, is what makes you unique among the rest and consider yourself the best and a
hero.
It’s at this time when I invite you to use my surname to make your life better, best and
great

Be Determined when others can’t

Be an Understanding person, rejoice when you achieve but understand that that’s not
the end but the beginning of new better things

Believe in yourself, believe in your dreams and act on them

Exercise the same dream always, yes you will fail, they will talk, tease, mock, laugh,
underrate, bully or deny you, but keep the fire burning for you own the oil.
