Data and variables
In this study relevant data were extracted from the
Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS),
2014 which was designed to be the source of typical results
for the urban and the rural areas of the country as
well as for each of the seven administrative divisions and
for the country as a whole. One of the specific objectives
of the 2014 BDHS was to examine the nutritional status
of under five children using anthropometric measurements
