Conflict

The conflict of the story “The Lady , or the Tiger ?” is that the princess and her lover is
separated from each other . And now the princess’s lover is sent to the King’s arena and
must now choose between two doors that will either lead him to a man eating beast or to
a fair and lovely damsel

Point of view

The story is told in a third person view where the narrator knows what the characters are
doing or thinking .

Theme

The main moral of the story is that choices leads to consequences . In the courtier’s case
he is sent to the King’s arena where he must choose between to identical doors that will
lead to his doom or a beautiful lady
