S Four Inch Hydrocyclone

The SC440-P Four Inch Hydrocyclone is a high performance unit
offering d50 cut points in the 10 to 16 micron size range, with
capacities up to 20m³/h.
To ensure maximum abrasion resistance the unit is moulded in
hard wearing polyurethane. Spigot inserts are also available in
ceramic. Inlet and vortex finder areas are specifically designed to
maximise performance efficiency.
For ease of maintenance components are fastened together with
quick release stainless steel ‘V’ clamps. The spigot cap is to a
unique ‘snap fit’ design for rapid removal & replacement. Spigot
inserts, interchangeable with the Three Inch and Five Inch
hydrocyclones, are available in a wide range of sizes to give close
control of underflow density :

multiple radial or canister assemblies to meet exact separation
and flowrate requirements.
