CELEBRITY MODELS
Phrase Celebrities are taken as responsibility and leadership models. 
For me this is a very contradictory phrase I follow some celebrities who have done an
excellent humatarian work that are shown to the world as simple humans, that´s why my
opinion is that I agree with this phrase, because celebrities do help may not all, but there
are people who use their fame and money for good causes, today some celebrities
presume their life, their wealth, but there are people who seek the common good, the
responsibility that they handle is something that not all can experience.

Am I a big media fan?

if absolutely, I love everything that has to do with the media whether it’s showbiz
and so on, I like to follow celebrities on the networks, know how they bring their life
to that of others.
Do I have a celebrity idol?
If Emma Watson, is one of my biggest celebrities, I admire her a lot, not only for
being a young entrepreneur, but she has great leadership characteristics, she’s
been supporting equality, works together with many people and her idea of getting
a better world is so concrete that thanks to her I became a feminist, thanks to her I
was able to strengthen myself as a woman, her messages on the networks are so
forceful, that many people, many women feel identified with her, plus she is
transparent that makes you want to know her, she is a great leader who thinks very
well to say, her speeches are motivating.
What are the main characteristics that a leader should have?
I think the main characteristics that a leader should have are: Desire for change,
Commitment, Initiative, losing fear, Understanding the environment, being
optimistic, Effort, and to end Creativity, in my concept these are the main
characteristics that should have a leader, besides the leader have to find solutions
and have a significant contribution not only to send but to guide a group of people
to a joint goal
What roles should leaders / models show according to their contexts?
In my perspective a role that should show a leader showing all their skills in a
natural way and accept the mistakes they make to continue to grow with a greater
celebrity in life.
