These terms of use refer to the conditions which govern the use of Voicemod
application (App), Voicemod plugin for Streamlabs OBS and whichever other service
or function facilitated by Voicemod. By installing the App you are accepting to be
bound by the following terms. If you are not in agreement with any of them, please
do not install the application. You may contact us at the following
address support@voicemod.net if you wish to clarify any part before accepting the
terms of use.

1. Personal details.
VOICEMOD, S.L. is a Spanish company with CIF B-98657844, located in: Valencia, C/
Obispo Don Jerónimo 10. VOICEMOD S.L. is listed under the Valencia and trade
register (tome 9835, book 7117, folder 74, page V160921). Our e-mail contact

2. Online acceptance. 
This client service agreement (the "agreement") establishes the terms and
conditions of use for the services of Voicemod app. Acceptance online entails all
of the following corresponding legal terms.
 
3. What does it entail? 
By using the application (App) Voicemod the user may obtain free functions. This
free functions include a voice modulator in real-time with an amount of free
voices. The paid functions consist in the sale of a PRO Version that unlock all
voices, and include the ability to set custom hotkeys. The paid functions are
offered via a system of prepay, both subscription and one payment, which is offered
by Voicemod via the payment system called Paddle. Additional information about the
functions of our App can be obtained from the webpage www.voicemod.net.
 
4. Legal use. 
The functions provided by Voicemod app are intended for recreational use only,
aimed at the entertainment and enjoyment of its users. The user agrees to use these
functions exclusively for recreational purposes which do not contravene the law,
moral or public order. 
Voicemod S.L. reserves the right to immediately suspend the service, using their
discretion, if by any means it comes to their notice that improper use has been
made on the part of any user.
 
5. How the service works.
Voicemod app may be downloaded free from the website www.voicemod.net .The paid
functions for the Voicemod app(Voicemod PRO), may be acquired via the purchase of a
subscription license or a one payment license.
This purchase is made trough our payment partner Paddle.
After the acquisition of such license, their use is subject to the following
agreement.

The price of the license may be changed by Voicemod. Any change of charge is
intended to include improvements to the conditions of use of the service, we cannot
rule out possible increases in charges if factors beyond the control of Voicemod,
such as the conditions of our providers, oblige us to do this. Any modification
will be published in the app. The first time you buy a license, you must confirm to
Voicemod your email, and we will send you an email with the License Key code with
which you will be able to activate Voicemod PRO and use all the functions of the
Voicemod PRO app.

Voicemod’s Streamlabs OBS plugin will be available to download from the Streamlabs
OBS software and will give you the ability to connect certain actions on his stream
with some actions in Voicemod app.
The price of the plugin may be changed by Voicemod. Any change of charge is
intended to include improvements to the conditions of use of the service, we cannot
rule out possible increases in charges if factors beyond the control of Voicemod,
such as the conditions of our providers, oblige us to do this. Any modification
will be published in the Streamlabs OBS Appstore plugin page.

6. Refund Policy.
When you make a purchase any Voicemod PRO license (subscriptions and one-time
licenses) you have immediate access to:
- All available Voices in the software Voicemod for Windows.
- Hot keys for each Voice.
- Custom controls, depending on the voice you will be able to change some settings
on the Voice and save your settings.
- Voice Maker for creating your own voices.
- The ability to add unlimited meme sounds.
- All the new features we are constantly adding.

Once you have made your purchase we offer a refund period time of 30 days.
The refund policy of Voicemod’s Streamlabs OBS plugin is governed by the refund
policy of Streamlabs, you can find more information here:

Voicemod SL reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

7. Service changes. 
Our intention is to add new functions to Voicemod app, and we may thus introduce
modifications to those existing, substitute them for others, and eliminate certain
functions.
 
8. Limitation of responsibility and guarantee exclusions. 
Voicemod app provide its services with reasonable care and professionalism.
Voicemod app offers no other guarantees concerning the services and, in particular,
taking into account the special nature of the technology used to transmit voice, it
does not guarantee that the use of the app functions will be free of interruptions,
errors or defects in transmission of the voice messages. The user accepts that
Voicemod app may interrupt the service occasionally due to technical reasons, or
other reasons beyond their control. In such case they will inform you of this in
whatever manner possible. Voicemod S.L. are not responsible, under any
circumstance, for any damage related to the incorrect or inappropriate use of the
app functions on the part of the user. 
Voicemod S.L. do not provide any type of guarantee, express or implied, in respect
of technical compatibility or suitability in the particular use of the services and
functions that are referred to in this agreement. The maximum responsibility of
Voicemod S.L. derived from damage or losses is limited, in whatever case, to the
price that has been paid for the contracted service, in any event or series of
events related to this product.
 
9. Conditions beyond our control. 
Voicemod S.L. are not responsible for the inability to provide the service or the
functions of the app if this is due to events beyond our control and beyond our
wishes, including, but not limited to, disasters, fire, strikes, explosions,
floods, labour disputes, terrorism, technical deficiencies, sabotage or failure of
the Internet, or whatever other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of
Voicemod S.L.
 
10.Indemnity. 
The user agrees to maintain Voicemod app free from charges and respond to any
claim, procedure, cost, damage or responsibility, including legal fees, that result
from, or are in any way related to the improper use of the functions provided by
Voicemod S.L..
 
11.Communication.
Voicemod S.L. does keep the e-mail contacts of its PRO users, thus any
communications are sent through that mail account or Voicemod app. Messages sent
via mail or Voicemod app may refer to modifications, updates, offers or occurrences
related to services offered by Voicemod S.L.
 
12.Modifications and amendments.
The present agreement may be modified or amended by Voicemod S.L.. Except in cases
contrary to the law, modifications or amendments come into effect immediately after
their publication in the webpage www.voicemod.net/voicemod-windows-terms-of-use/ in
the section “terms and conditions”. In any case, the user is requested to confirm
the acceptance of these terms when they install Voicemod app.
 
13.Industrial and intellectual property.
Voicemod S.L., the logotype of Voicemod app, and the following brands, distinctive
graphic symbols used in the app or on the webpage are brands registered to Voicemod
S.L. No use is authorised which is not licensed with respect to the following
brands and the use of such beyond the employment of the app for associated uses and
functions. Voicemod app Contains diverse material (including databases, images,
drawings, graphics, text archives, audio, video and software) property of Voicemod
S.L. and consequently protected by national and international regulation as
intellectual and industrial property.
 
14.Divisibility.
If any aspect of the present contract is declared invalid, when applicable, the
said aspect will be interpreted or substituted with another, adapted to the
legislation in the manner most closely related to the original, and all other
aspects remain valid in all respects.
 
15.The law applicable. 
This agreement is governed by Spanish law.
