Cavite to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for our and in our name, place and stead, and to do and

Declaration Number 01 0026 00777 and at Bo. Sinaliw Munti, Alfonso, Cavite. A copy of which are
attached hereto and made an integral part hereof as Annex A;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing and whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with all power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our
said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
