GEODETIC ENGINEER’S REPORT


The record descriptions used in this survey were generated from actual field survey,
documents provided by Client and researches from concerned government agencies (Land
Registration Authority/Land Management Bureau). The main purpose of this survey is to
determine the Technical Description of the property. The subject property is situated in
Poblacion 4, Indang, Cavite. Survey data shown hereon is a local ground coordinate
system based from the Philippine Transverse Mercator System.

SITE OBSERVATION

At the time of the survey, it was noticed that subject property is well bounded on
all sides by fence.

The topographic condition is plain.

POINTS OF REFERENCE

Corners 1 and 2 of Lot 5833 and corners 2 and 3 of Lot 5950, both of Cad 459-D,
Indang Cadastre were used as reference in this survey. The points were used as traverse
points to determine the exact Technical Description of the subject Lot.

SURVEY RESULTS/FINDINGS

Based on the cadastral map, Technical Descriptions of Lots 5833, 5949 and 5950
and from the actual field survey, below Technical Descriptions were gathered:
