Important Instructions to fill BOQ :
1. The bidders shall quote only in “Sky Blue" coloured cells in Column F and also indicate their name in "Sky Blue" coloured cell in row 8 of the sheet. Bidders should quote their price
in cell F15 .
2. The Price Bid / Price Schedule shall be read with all other sections of this Tender Document;
3. The Tenderer is deemed to have studied the tender terms and conditions, specifications, drawings etc. and details of works to be done within the Time Schedule and acquainted
himself of the conditions prevailing at the locations.
4. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all costs to complete the works in all respects as per specifications/tender drawings/terms & conditions of the tender document excluding GST
which will be paid as applicable.
5. The rates quoted shall remain firm till the completion of work.
6. All tenderers are requested to start the submission process atleast 4 hours prior to the submission due date.
