Minimum Deployment: All inclusive charges for providing of labour, equipment, tools,
tackles, supervisors, etc. for handling day-to-day activities at site on monthly basis as
indicated below:-
1) 1 (one) Supervisor
2) 2 (two) Storekeepers with Computer Knowledge
3) 4 (Four) Semiskilled Workers/Riggers
4) 1 (One) Unskilled Worker
All tools, slings, tackles supplied by the CONTRACTOR shall be tested and certified by
competent statutory authority and CONTRACTOR to make such certificates available at

Month means calendar months excluding Sundays and Holidays. CONTRACTOR to
quote considering 10 (Ten) Holidays in a calendar year, CONTRACTOR to follow list of
Holidays approved by Engineer-in-Charge / OWNER.
Price breakup of all above 4 (six) sub items to be provided by the CONTRACTOR at the
time of mobilisation for approval of OWNER/ Engineer-in-Charge.

Quoted rates to include :

a) Mobilization & Demobilization Charges.
b) PPE for Manpower

All inclusive charges for supply of Farana Type crane / Tractor with 20 fT. Trailor
(as per the requirement given under Item Sl. Nos.3 and 4 below) meeting all
necessary safety requirements with operator & cleaner, necessary fuels, lubes,
equipment's, slings, tools and tackles and other accessories required for handling
of materials including mobilization & demobilization Charges.
All tools, slings, tackles supplied by the CONTRACTOR shall be tested and
certified by competent statutory authority and CONTRACTOR to make such
certificates available at site of working.
2 In case of breakdown of the crane and the repair of the same is expected to take
more than two hours, then CONTRACTOR has to provide replacement within two
hours. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of maintenance charges of the Crane.
All drivers employed in the Refinery shall have valid driving license issued by
competent authority. Month means calendar months including Sundays and
Holidays.
Requirement of Crane / Tractor with trailor shall be intimated to Contractor by
Engineer-in-Charge one day in advance, as and when required. Cost of
Mobilization and De-mobilization deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply of Manpower:- All inclusive charges for providing manpower (as per the
requirement given under Item Sl. Nos. 6, 8 and 9 below), consumables, tools,
tackles, etc. for miscellaneous ware house activities like opening of wooden
cases, crates, bundles, segregation, cleaning of surfaces, applying rust
5 preventatives, cleaning of ware house area, marking with paint, measurement,
etc., Repacking and delivery back to Supplier/CONTRACTOR, if required, as per
the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge during working hours, i.e, from 08.00 a.m to
5.00 p.m on all working days starting from Monday through Saturday. (A man-day
is considered to consist of 8 working hours).
