propose interventions that organizations can be used to manage
employees during Covid 19 Crisis.

Organizations can manage employees during Covid 19 Crisis as follows;

1.Maintain a time to time communication with the employees


some workers may treat covi19 as not that serious, nevertheless the
organization is supposed to communicate frequently to its employees.
Organization leadership must show commitment to safety by sharing
important information through organisations portals.

2.Develop employee support programs


Organisations leadership ca offer support in different ways, like putting
workers into groups to alternate work days rather than laying off the whole
team, then also cprovide on job foods and snacks to deter them from getting
into streets to look for something to eat.

3.Seek employees feedback


Seek feedback from workers that come to work in order to learn from them ,
know what strategy works and the one not working.

4.Recognize and reward employees


Many organisations have cut-off payments to cutter for site workers.
Management can recognize by using communication channels and
acknowledge employees due of there commitment during their crisis.

5.Equability of employee policies


Management should review and change company rules and regulations to
ensure employees get equal treatment. Also make it possible that employees
on-site can still access their leave/sick leave and allowances.
The first intervention is to secure the health of workers, negotiate salary
packages, and offer mental counseling for workers.

gears. Also, it may include facilitating some employees to work from home to

work in offices, they can negotiate for transport allowance to be removed. This
is beneficial for both workers and their company.

The third way of managing human resources during this pandemic period is to
