One area to develop: Time management

In this lesson I couldn’t find enough time for freer practice, and this happened because the Lead-
in stage took longer than the assigned time for it.

I could have shortened the Lead-in phase or cut down one of the extra activities.

What I have learned is that the student is the focus of the class. The teacher should speak less
and allow the students to speak more. The students would learn by themselves and from each
other more than they learn from the teacher talk.
