INFORMATION

The Undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses BBB of violation of Section 4

(a) of Republic Act No. 9995 or the “Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009” , committed as
follows:

That on January 12, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused AAA, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, using his cellphone, took a video coverage of the private part
(vagina) of his daughter AAA without her knowledge and consent, while he was
raping her by inserting his finger into her vagina against her will.

That on May 28, 2018, in Makati City, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused AAA, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, took a video coverage using his cellphone, of the private parts
(breasts, buttocks and vagina) of his daughter AAA, while she was naked and
taking a bath, without her knowledge and consent.
