Install the ring gear on the flywheel Allow the ring gear o cool, Use a soft hammer inorder to seat the rng gea against the Shoulder ofthe flywheel 2 Install Tooling (A) on flywheel (2), Fasten a suitable lifting device to Nywhee 2), The weight ofthe Rywhee is approximately 41 kg (90 1b) 3. Place flywheel (2) onthe crankshaft Slide the flywhee! over Tooling (B)sss 9 onta Com RCBELINSEWES-€9 Donen 4, Apply Tooling (©) to the threads of bots (1). 5. Install six ofthe eight bots (1). Remove Tooling (B)ffom the end of the crankshaft and replace withthe rvo remaining bolts. Tighten the hols «evenly oa torgue of 300-80 Nem (221 + 30 Ib 8) 6. Check the flywheel runout.
