IV. Learning Procedure

A. Motivation
1. Ask the students to puzzle the broken pictures of great persons of each sport.
2. Ask students if they have any idea of who are they.
3. Process the students how they become great.
4. Discuss the role of Principle of exercise in their greatness.

B. Discussion
- Discuss the meaning of FITT
- Discuss the definition of Frequency, Intensity, Type, and Time.
- Discuss the other principle of exercise (Specificity, individuality, Progression,
Overload Adaptation, Recovery, and reversibility)
- Give examples to each principles

Definition of Terms

1. Frequency - How often you exercise


2. Intensity - How hard you exercise
3. Time - How long you exercise
4. Type - What kind of exercise

C. Analysis
- Ask the student how they can use Principles of exercise in their life
- Give own inputs
D. Abstraction

- The F.I.T.T. Principle is one of the foundations of exercise, a set


Of guidelines that help you set up a workout routine for maximum benefit.

E. Values Integration

- Ask the students with question, what do you think is the implication of FITT
principle in our life?
- Tell the students that like in exercise, sometimes in life we don’t really need
to work hard but just work smart”.

V. Assessment
- Give a 10 items quiz to check the learning of the students.
