CAD Model #044

Pulley

Description:
This part would be diecast from a metal
alloy. It requires several steps to develop
all of the features.

Basic Steps:
Start by creating a circular profile on the front vertical system plane and extruding it
backward to form the mass of the pulley.

Next, create a smaller circular profile on the same plane and extrude it forward to create
the hub.

Use the hole function to create the bore hole.

Create a rectangular profile on the front surface of the hub. Use the cut function to punch
the keyway slot through the bore hole.

Use the hole function to create the tapped hole in the hub.

Create a circular profile on the horizontal system plane at the perimeter of the pulley and
use a revolved cut function to carve the groove around the circumference of the part.
