PBX FOOD BEVERAGE AND EVENTS PARTNER

The F.B.E partner to the parent company PBX will be a leading component of the overall team
that will comprise the Philadelphia Brewing Experience as a whole. While The PBX Company
will develop, build, curate, coordinate, and lead all entities including the brewery, the FBE
partner will be an invested, critical operations component. We are
seeking an established, dedicated, exceptional, operations
partner that is a leader in the food, beverage, and event
industry. This key collaborator must also understand the
PBX vision and will strongly contribute to the realization
and the sustainable success of this concept.

Our FBE partner will be Philadelphia based, will

understand and appreciate the important history of
Philadelphia brewing, and will lead and uphold the
highest standards of quality and hospitality in food
service. PBX and the operations team will run the daily
food program for the restaurant (brewpub) for 250+
patrons as well as an industry leading events space for
up to 800 patrons.
