ANNEX “III”

This Bid Proposal Annex “III” is hereto made part of the proposal and contract documents to same
intent as though it was originally included therein. This Annex must be attached to the proposal and
included in the proposal envelope.

As additional condition to the proposal under PROPOSAL “A”, it is understood that, if the OWNER
shall supply to the CONTRACTOR the following materials (bidder shall specify quantity), deliver to
the jobsite on dates and time to be set. Materials requirement over and the above specified quantity
shall be for the account of the CONTRACTOR.

I. PIPES (GUARANTEED MAXIMUM QUANTITY UNDER PROPOSAL “A”:

It is understood that If the Owner shall supply the quantities of pipes indicated hereunder,
these are fixed quantities. Any excess inclusive of scrap pipes (assorted in sizes / length)
shall belong to the Owner. However, in case of shortage in quantity, the Contractor shall
provide and deliver the balance of pipes to complete the work.
