You will also be responsible for maintenance of Software within the warranty period. INSPECTION: - In case of an order placed against this tender. You will issue a report of test case fo ensure that product is completely in order and bug free. PAYMEN in the event of your offer being accepted against the tender the payment shall be arranged by opening an irevocable letter of credit in favour of you/your principals by any bank of our choice. All bank charges inside Pakistan shall be.borne by.HEC and out side Pakisian by the beneficiary. In case of any amendments to be made on your request in the LC and in case of additional confirmation requested all bank charges will be bore by the beneficiary a. 25% amount will be released upon successful operation of Irial Version of the Software. b. 65% of the remaining amount will be released upon receipt of Final Version {60 to 75 days} of the Software duly cleared by the end user, ©. The remaining 10% of the L/C amount will be released subject to smooth operation of the Software (120 days) duly certified by the HEC. PERFORMANCE BOND:- -~- Performance bond equivalent to 10. % of order value is required to be submitted.
