Skill Level:
Beginner
Stitches used:
o Magic Ring (MR) – Here is a tutorial on how to make a magic ring
o Single Crochet (SC)
o Increase (INC)
o Slip Stitch (SS)
o Four single crochet together (4SCTog) – decreasing four stitches at once, using the
invisible method. Here is a tutorial on how to do a normal invisible decrease.
o Back Loop Only (BLO) – crochet only in the back loops of the stitch. This creates a
sharp angle. Here is a video tutorial to stitch in the back loops only.
Notes:
For this pattern I use American terms. If you decide to use a different weight yarn,
the hat will be larger or smaller.

This pattern is written in the round, so there are no seams and you will need your
stitch marker to know where the beginning of each round is.

Let me explain the way I document each row of the pattern for you. (Inc, 3SC) x 2
(10) means that you should increase in the first stitch, and then single crochet into the
next three stitches. The x2 means that you should repeat that action twice and you
will have (10) stitches in total.

By all means, please feel free to sell items that you make from this pattern, but please
do not sell this pattern or make changes and redistribute it claiming it as your own. If
you do sell items, please do credit MissNeriss (missneriss.com) when using this
pattern - it's important to all support one another. And, don’t forget to share your
finished projects on Instagram, tagging me (@miss__neriss)!
