Atty. Rheneir, is one of Cebu’s most respected CPA-Lawyer. Atty. Rhen is well-versed in all areas
of business with extensive professional experience (over 19 years) as accounting practitioner, tax
lawyer and corporate legal adviser to Cebu’s top business owners. As a professional service
provider, his experience covers the full range of audit and accounting services (external, internal
and consultancy), tax and corporate services, corporate legal and business support services to
various companies in different industries. Atty. Rheneir is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and
Real Estate Appraiser. A volunteer mentor of the “Go Negosyo” Program currently being supported
by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Department of Agriculture (DA) which provides
capacity building to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Atty. Rheneir was formerly a
Reviewer in Taxation, Accounting and Business Laws at University of San Jose-Recoletos Review
Office and a college professor for ten (10) years in various universities in Cebu.

Atty. Rheneir continues to handle multi-location complex engagements. He is accredited Practitioner

by the Board of Accountancy (BOA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Cooperative
Development Authority (CDA), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Housing and Land Use
Regulatory Board (HLURB). He is currently serving as Vice-President for Commerce and Industry of
the National Board of Directors of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and as
chairman of Visayas Geographical Area Office (VGAO) representing Eastern Visayas Region (EVR).
