What type of entity is it?

When you look at business entities it Is referring more to the foundation of company than

the work they do. “Business entities in detail different organizations that can be created by

several people to carry out different skills there’s state-level guidelines understanding there is

proper documentation or state agencies that is required within these organizations” (Warner &

Siedel & Lieberman & Martina, 2012p.539). Different types of entities can be corporations,

limited liability companies, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and sole proprietorship

that all contain structures different from one another. “The only one that is completely separate

from all the other entities is a sole proprietorship they can conduct their business without

registering to be any other form of business” (Warner & Siedel & Lieberman & Martina, 2012p.
668). The Tour de Kids was an individual type of entity that was registered in the form of a

nonprofit corporation.

What happened over time with that entity?

It is important to maintaining renewal all documentations regarding the tradename in

transactions of business. It failed to do so in an appropriate time manner there will be a

withdrawal of the entity. The individual can become noncompliant and eventually have a

delinquent status I can allow the business to not maintain any record I will be found in section

(C.R.S. § 7-90-903)” If you are no longer transacting business, you may consider filing the

appropriate dissolution or withdrawal for your entity according to Colorado Secretary of State”.

The court determined that an entity is delinquent still must get their proceedings before all rights

are removed. “Even if this specific entity is delinquent it may not terminate the registered agent

from the entity in the specific name will not be available for at least 400 days after delinquency”

(“Assigning, Licensing, and Enforcing Trademark Rights”, 2019.).This particular nonprofit

organization Tour de Kids first became noncompliant and even on one of the forms we shown to

be delinquent in the periodic month of September. There is a current active status at this time.

Who is the Registrant and what is the nature of the business?

The importance of a registrant is in an organization is the help an individual or company

gain rights to their domain name. “Registrant is a person or company who can purchase a domain

name legally for the company” (Gorman, 2019). In this case the registrant was Barry Sopinsky

Sopinsky. He also at this time is currently the registrant for Death Ride Tours, Red Rock

Challenge nonprofit corporations that are still successfully making charitable donations today.

The nature of the business can consist of different characteristics that features the

businesses capabilities and what it represents with regards to a different economic activity. This
business consists of recreational and entertainment cycling activities that involves charitable

donations to help children. “Since 2016 this business has expired and is no longer functioning

under the name Tour de kids” ( “Colorado Secretary of State”, 2020).

Who is the Registered Agent?

Businesses need to have registered agents to help them maintain different documentation

and other activities within the corporation. “Registered agents help to maintain any compliance

in paperwork along with official correspondence the federal governments and tax forms”

(“Introduction. Private Voluntary Organizations as Agents of Development”). Every nonprofit

corporation is required to have a registered agent in this individual entity Barry Sopinsky was the

agent for Tour de kids. He was going to receive any information regarding the organization for

legal filings.

Conclusion

In conclusion to these pieces of the puzzle with businesses. We should know that God

does care whether we are a part of a large corporation or a small nonprofit group. It is how we

help one another and follow through with the plans we have set to established. As Christians we

need to make the right choices that do not deceived or let others down and always strive to help

everyone equally. “In all things I have shown you working hard we must help the weak

and remember the words of the Lord, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to

receive.” (Acts 20:35, ESV). This organization did help many children during the time it was

complainant in its status. The children that were involved in thee cycling events will have those

memories for a lifetime. These are things that owners need to remember their actions leave

lasting impressions.
